Wireless CO₂ injection control with proprietary peer-to-peer protocol, quad-level watchdog safety, and distributed sensor deployment.
Audible alarm, SMS, and voice call alerts for threshold breaches. Four independent safety systems protect against dangerous CO₂ accumulation.
Standard 5V USB power — any phone charger works as a replacement.
Conventional wisdom says cables are more reliable than wireless. In a grow room environment, we've found the opposite to be true.
Cables get kicked. They get accidentally unplugged. They get damaged during routine maintenance. They get chewed by pests. A cable that looked fine yesterday can develop an intermittent connection that causes erratic behaviour for weeks before you find it.
Our proprietary peer-to-peer wireless protocol — built on the ESP-NOW standard specific to our chipsets — eliminates these failure modes entirely. The connection is so stable we use it not because wireless is "good enough," but because we believe it exceeds the reliability of physical cables in real-world deployment.
Cables kicked loose, pulled during maintenance, vibrated out of sockets
Crushed connectors, bent pins, water ingress, UV degradation
Rodents, insects — anything that chews plastic or nests in warm spaces
The worst kind — works sometimes, fails others, impossible to diagnose
The CO₂ controller is a distributed system: a controller, a smart socket, and one or more wireless sensors. Each component communicates via our proprietary wireless protocol.
The brain. Receives sensor data, runs control logic, commands the socket, monitors all safety systems. Includes audible alarm speaker for on-site warnings.
Powers your solenoid valve. Runs our firmware and is cryptographically bound to its controller at manufacture — it cannot be repurposed or confused with another system.
Deploy anywhere in the room. Position at canopy height, in problem areas, wherever you need accurate CO₂ data. Multiple sensors supported for averaging or zone monitoring.
Application-level monitoring — if control logic stalls, system resets and fails safe
Silicon-level timer — if CPU hangs entirely, hardware forces reset
Socket monitors controller heartbeat — no signal means no injection
Hard ceiling on CO₂ levels — regardless of setpoint, injection stops at safety limit
Carbon dioxide is invisible and odourless. At concentrations above 5,000 ppm it causes headaches and dizziness. Above 40,000 ppm it can be fatal within minutes. A regulator failure or stuck solenoid can create dangerous conditions faster than you'd expect.
We've built four independent layers of protection into this system. Each layer operates independently — a failure in one doesn't compromise the others. If any watchdog triggers, the system fails safe: injection stops, alerts fire, and the audible alarm sounds.
The controller includes a built-in speaker for audible alarms. If you're in the room when CO₂ exceeds safe thresholds — whether from equipment failure or any other cause — you'll hear it. This isn't a nice-to-have. It's a necessity.
Push notifications are easy to ignore. An SMS gets attention. A phone call at 3am gets you out of bed. When your CO₂ system needs attention, you'll know.
Immediate text message when thresholds are breached. Works even when you don't have internet.
For critical alerts, an automated voice call ensures you're actually awake and aware.
On-device speaker sounds if you're in the room. You'll hear it over fans, pumps, and everything else.
The display model includes a capacitive touchscreen with real-time CO₂ graphs, system status, and direct control. Responsive and smooth — works like a smartphone.
Or skip the screen and use our web interface or mobile app. The headless unit is functionally identical — the display is purely a convenience for on-site interaction.
